Greenland Technologies Holding Corporation will implement a dual-class share structure on the Nasdaq Capital Market on February 24, 2026. The Company has amended and restated its memorandum and articles of association, and re-designated its ordinary shares into Class A and Class B ordinary shares. The Class A ordinary shares will carry one vote each, while the Class B ordinary shares will carry 25 votes per share. The Company anticipates trading to begin on February 24, 2026.
