Apple-related stocks rose in the morning trading, with Great Power Electronics (01415) up 10.45% to HK$25.9; Ofilm (02382) up 3.66% to HK$51; Q Tech (01478) up 3.7% to HK$5.04; AAC Technologies (02018) up 1.29% to HK$31.3.

On the news front, Apple is exploring the smart glasses market, and is studying related products in the market, according to reports. Apple last week launched an initiative called Atlas, involving collecting feedback from Apple employees on smart glasses. The research is led by the Apple Product System Quality (APSQ) team. Apple is also entering this increasingly popular market after Meta Platforms.

Apple also released the new iOS 18.2 Beta 2, which fixes some details and improves Apple Intelligence. It is said that the ChatGPT part of Apple Intelligence for Siri now shows the ChatGPT restrictions for free users, while also providing an option to upgrade to the paid ChatGPT Plus plan. China Post Securities pointed out that with the maturity of AI technology, Apple's product innovation year has opened, and the device link of Apple's chain may have a significant development opportunity.
