Granite REIT Announces $292M Acquisitions, $190M Dispositions, and Leasing Update

Granite REIT has acquired five US properties totaling 1.2 million sq ft for $256.1 million, with an in-going yield of 4.7%. They also acquired a UK property for future development and disposed of three US properties for $189.5 million. The REIT has also entered into new leases for 769,000 sq ft of previously vacant space, maintaining an in-place occupancy rate of 98%.
