PT Super Bank Indonesia, backed by Grab, Singtel, and KakaoBank, is planning an IPO in Jakarta that could raise up to $186 million. The digital banking company plans to offer up to 13% of its shares at 525-695 rupiah each, with proceeds used for working capital and IT development. The IPO is set to list on Dec. 17 and is the second-largest listing in Indonesia this year after PT Merdeka Gold Resources in September.
