At Google Cloud Next '25, the company unveiled AI innovations including Gemini update, Ironwood TPUs, and multi-agent tools. Ironwood delivers 42.5 exaflops of compute per pod and allows for efficient deployment and management of massive compute clusters. Google Distributed Cloud brings Gemini models to on-premises environments, enabling local use of advanced models in regulated or data sovereignty-constrained environments. The Agent Development Kit makes it easier to build multi-agent systems, and Agent2Agent Protocol allows different AI agents to communicate across diverse technologies.
