Goldman Sachs, PIMCO Acquire €460m of Santander Mortgages

Goldman Sachs has agreed to buy approximately €460 million in Spanish mortgages from Banco Santander, alongside other investors including PIMCO. This deal is part of Santander's efforts to offload around €40 billion in risk-weighted assets this year through asset sales and risk transfers. The sale is advised by Alantra Partners and includes performing and re-performing loans.
