GnosisDAO Acquires HQ.xyz for $14.95M to Boost Corporate Finance

GnosisDAO, a leading entity in the decentralized finance (DeFi) sector, has announced a significant strategic acquisition to bolster its corporate finance capabilities. The organization has acquired HQ.xyz, a Singapore-based on-chain financial operations platform, in a deal valued at $14.95 million. This acquisition is one of the largest investments in the Gnosis ecosystem to date, with $8.95 million funded from the GnosisDAO treasury, approved through a DAO vote in January 2025, and an additional $6 million from Gnosis Ltd. for operational expenses over the next two years.

Following the acquisition, HQ.xyz will be rebranded as Gnosis HQ and seamlessly integrated into the broader Gnosis ecosystem. This ecosystem includes Gnosis Chain, Gnosis Pay, and associated projects such as Safe and CoW Swap.
