GlobalFoundries has released its 130nm complementary Bi-CMOS (CBIC) SiGe platform, the highest-performance technology to date. The platform offers unmatched performance with NPN transistors exceeding 400 GHz ft/fmax and PNP transistors surpassing 200 GHz.
