Gladstone Land Corporation's Q3 revenue fell due to lease changes. The company owns 168 farms across 15 US states and 46,400 acre-feet of water assets in California. Its farms produce fresh produce, such as berries and vegetables, as well as permanent crops like almonds and blueberries. Approximately 30% of its fresh produce acreage is organic or in transition to become organic.
