Gladstone Commercial has issued $85 million in 5.99% senior unsecured notes due December 15, 2030. The proceeds will be used to repay outstanding indebtedness under its senior unsecured revolving credit facility and for general corporate purposes. The notes were issued in a private placement with institutional investors and have not been registered under the US Securities Act of 1933.
