GI Partners has agreed to acquire Digita Group, a tower company in the Nordics, from DigitalBridge Group. The deal is expected to be completed in Q1 2026, and Digita will continue to operate as an independent company within GI Partners' portfolio. Digita owns tower portfolios across Finland and Iceland, and has been owned by funds managed by DigitalBridge Group.
