GENFIT S.A. will delist its American Depositary Shares (ADSs) from Nasdaq to simplify its corporate structure and improve operational efficiency. The delisting is expected to be completed by December 16, 2022. GENFIT, a French biopharmaceutical company, will focus on its Euronext listing and the primary market in France.
