GE Aerospace's Celma Overhaul and Repair Shop in Brazil is driving operational efficiency and reducing waste with the FLIGHT DECK lean operating model. The team has achieved a 23% turnaround time reduction in the LEAP test cell, a 32% reduction in the CFM56 fan cell line, and a 58% reduction in low-pressure turbine blade repair.
