Gaurs Group has raised Rs 440 crore through the issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), which will be listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE). Kotak Mahindra Bank acted as the sole arranger for the transaction. Proceeds from the issue will be used for land acquisition, construction, and project execution, as well as repayment of higher-cost borrowings and general corporate purposes. The Group's total external debt increased to Rs 2086 crore in August 2025, but collections are projected to improve by 30-32% in FY2026.
