Simon brings extensive experience in entertainment and consumer products, having held senior leadership roles at Netflix, Nike, and The Walt Disney Company. At Netflix, Simon served as Vice President, Consumer Products, overseeing the global merchandise business, live experiences, and the Roald Dahl Story Company. He successfully built and scaled the division, creating a broad range of products for Netflix's biggest titles and launching its first e-commerce platform for consumer products. Additionally, Simon managed relationships with major retailers and oversaw the growth of Netflix's Experiences business, launching over 40 unique experiences across 300 cities worldwide.
Prior to Netflix, Simon held senior management roles at Nike and Disney, where he oversaw feature film production and development, and managed the company's corporate strategy and development group. Simon holds a B.A. in economics from Harvard University.
