The partnership will also integrate with Tyler's Enterprise Assessment & Tax solution and offer 24/7 remote public access and a free fraud alert system to constituents.

The agreement involves the implementation of Tyler's Enterprise Records Management solution, which is powered by Amazon Web Services (AWS). This move aims to enhance security, stability, and workflow efficiency for the Clerk's Office.

The partnership builds on an existing relationship between Fulton County and Tyler Technologies, which currently utilizes Tyler's Enterprise Assessment & Tax and Enterprise Justice solutions. The new agreement was driven by the need for a more advanced, user-friendly solution to manage the county's real estate records effectively.

The Clerk's Office will leverage Tyler's Enterprise Records Management solution to increase operational efficiencies across its Assessment, Tax Claim, and Treasurer offices. The solution will integrate seamlessly with Tyler's existing Enterprise Assessment & Tax solution, offering improved document controls through Intelligent Redaction and optimized internal processes with configurable workflow queues and automated recording functions for bulk recordings.

Additionally, the partnership will provide 24/7 remote public access and a free fraud alert system for the county's constituents, ensuring transparency and security. The use of Tyler's cloud-based solutions will also offer secure, enterprise-class data storage with built-in disaster recovery services.

Mark Hawkins, president of Tyler's Property & Recording Division, expressed confidence in the partnership, stating that the combination of Tyler's solutions will enhance service for both staff and constituents.
