Fujiyama Power Systems, a roof-top solar manufacturer, raised Rs 247 crore from 15 anchor investors ahead of its IPO. The IPO, which opens on Thursday, has a fresh issue of Rs 600 crore and an offer-for-sale of up to Rs 228 crore. The company is a leading player in solar panel manufacturing, inverter manufacturing, and battery production, and supports R&D in inverter technology. Investors can bid for a minimum of 65 equity shares and in multiples thereof.
