New professionals have also been hired for the Institutional Sales team to enhance coverage across the US and Canada. FCM has appointed James Ramp as the new Head of Investment Banking, who brings more than three decades of management experience and building new financial divisions. James’ career includes executive roles at Berenberg Capital Markets, Susquehanna International Group (SIG), Cowen, and Rothschild Inc. He will oversee the continued growth of the firm’s capital markets and advisory platform, with a focus on IPOs, follow-on offerings, mergers & acquisitions, growth financing, SPACs, and strategic advisory.
