The distributions range from $0.08000 to $0.12000 per share, with an ex-dividend date of June 23, July 24, and August 22, 2025. The funds will distribute long-term capital gains and/or return of capital if sufficient distributable income is not available.

The distribution amounts for these funds range from $0.08000 to $0.12000 per share. The ex-dividend dates for the distributions are June 23, July 24, and August 22, 2025, respectively. According to the managed distribution policy of each fund, the distributions are designed to maintain a consistent level of income derived from the funds' investment portfolios. - Western Asset Emerging Markets Debt Fund Inc. (EMD): 60.82% from income and 39.18% from return of capital.
The actual amounts and sources of the distributions for tax reporting purposes will be provided to shareholders in a separate notice when the distributions are paid. The funds will send a Form 1099-DIV to shareholders for the calendar year that will describe how to report the Fund’s distributions for federal income tax purposes.
Investors should note that the market price of the funds' shares may be subject to changes due to modifications, terminations, or suspensions of the managed distribution policies. The funds' shares are traded on the New York Stock Exchange, and their share prices may fluctuate with market conditions.
