BGS--
B&G Foods has acquired Del Monte Foods' broth and stock brands for $110m in cash. The deal is part of a wider sales process following Del Monte Foods' bankruptcy filing last year. B&G Foods expects the acquired brands to generate annual net sales of $110m to $120m and adjusted EBITDA of $18m to $22m. The transaction follows B&G Foods' third-quarter results, which showed falling sales and losses. Fresh Del Monte Produce and Pacific Coast Producers are also acquiring Del Monte Foods' assets as part of the sales process.
