The Floating Man II event is set to return to Apatin, Serbia, from August 7 to August 10, 2025. This annual summer festival, known for its vibrant atmosphere and diverse programming, will take place at the ARK Liberland Village. The event promises a blend of music, art, and intellectual discourse, all centered around the spirit of Liberland.
Music enthusiasts can look forward to performances from the Igor & Ena Accoustic band, the Perpetuum Mobile, and Diego SAA. The festival will kick off on August 7 with arrivals and check-ins beginning at 6:00 p.m., followed by a welcome dinner and live music. The following day will feature a half-day conference session with keynote speakers, panel discussions, and Q&A sessions on relevant topics. Workshops on various subjects, including running a business in Liberland and using LLDs, will be held on August 8, along with group photos and optional excursions.
On August 9, attendees will have the opportunity to explore Liberland, with a boat departure scheduled for 10:00 a.m. and lunch at Mateos Matina at 12:30 p.m. The day will include a photography competition and a casual dinner with drinks and music. The festival will conclude on August 10 with an exercise session, breakfast, and departure at noon.
Senior Liberland officials, including the country’s president and ministers of finance and justice, will speak at the conference. The event is designed to be kid-friendly, and attendees can bring their parents. The organizers will also sell Serbian SIM cards with ample data on-site to ensure fast internet access during the event.

Attendees can sleep in a tent in the event’s tent city or access numerous hotels and BnBs in Apatin and Sombor.
