Ferrari Signs New Syndicated Revolving Credit Facility

Ferrari N.V. has signed a new Euro 350 million unsecured committed revolving credit facility with a group of twelve banks for general corporate and working capital purposes. The facility has a five-year tenor with two one-year extension options and replaces the prior Euro 350 million committed revolving credit facility due in December 2026. The new facility provides a lower cost of capital and confirms Ferrari's support from a large panel of international relationship banks.
