The expanded network includes designated counters at Hong Kong Post offices, Smart Post stations, and 7-Eleven convenience stores, allowing customers to pick up their parcels without incurring additional fees.The partnership significantly enhances FedEx's last-mile delivery services. Customers can now choose their pickup location through WhatsApp or the
official website. Upon receiving a delivery notification via email or WhatsApp, customers can log into FedEx® Delivery Manager to select their preferred pickup point. This move underscores FedEx's commitment to integrating e-commerce and logistics solutions to meet the evolving needs of customers in a rapidly changing environment.FedEx's General Manager for Hong Kong and China Macau, Ming Tam Leung, emphasized the importance of this collaboration.
