FedEx Expands Self-Service Pickup Network in Hong Kong by 700 Locations

FedEx, a prominent global logistics company, has announced a strategic collaboration with Hong Kong Post to extend its self-service pickup network for imported parcels to over 700 locations. This initiative is designed to offer customers and online shoppers greater flexibility and convenience in retrieving their packages. The expanded network includes designated counters at Hong Kong Post offices, Smart Post stations, and 7-Eleven convenience stores, allowing customers to pick up their parcels without incurring additional fees.

The partnership significantly enhances FedEx's last-mile delivery services. Customers can now choose their pickup location through WhatsApp or the FedEx official website. Upon receiving a delivery notification via email or WhatsApp, customers can log into FedEx® Delivery Manager to select their preferred pickup point. This move underscores FedEx's commitment to integrating e-commerce and logistics solutions to meet the evolving needs of customers in a rapidly changing environment.
