FedEx Corp. (NYSE: FDX) has announced the appointment of Vishal Talwar as Executive Vice President, Chief Digital and Information Officer, and President of FedEx Dataworks, effective August 15. Talwar, a seasoned technology executive with over 27 years of experience, will lead the company's digital transformation efforts, focusing on developing innovative digital solutions powered by data and AI [1].
Before joining FedEx, Talwar served as senior managing director and chief growth officer at Accenture Technology. He brings deep expertise in data science, digital infrastructure, and enterprise-scale transformation. His extensive experience includes working with companies like Accenture, IBM, and Dell Services. Talwar has been heavily engaged with FedEx’s digital transformation efforts for nearly two years through his work at Accenture [1].
Raj Subramaniam, president and chief executive officer of FedEx Corporation, expressed his pleasure in welcoming Talwar to the executive team.
