Federal Bank has appointed Venkatraman Venkateswaran as executive director, replacing Shalini Warrier. He will assume charge on July 10 for a period of three years. Federal Bank has appointed Venkatraman Venkateswaran as its new executive director, effective July 10, for a three-year term. The Reserve Bank of India has approved his appointment [1]. Venkateswaran, 59, currently serves as the group president and chief financial officer, overseeing key areas such as financial reporting and credit administration. He succeeds Shalini Warrier in this role.
