Fedaia Partners Seeks €250 Million for Below-Par Investments

Fedaia Partners, a London-based alternative investment firm founded by former Attestor partner Pietro Stella, is seeking to raise €250 million for its below-par investments in European asset-based special situations. The firm has already received $50 million from a US medical endowment. Stella was previously at Deutsche Bank, Ares Management, and Attestor, and set up Fedaia with Philipp Roever. Fedaia has been operating as a fundless sponsor, raising capital on a deal-by-deal basis.
