Josh Borfitz is promoted to senior associate athletic director and CFO of the University of North Carolina Athletics. Spencer Hart is named CFO of Loop Industries, a clean technology company, effective Jan. 15. Ann Reis is appointed CFO of Green Plains, replacing Phil Boggs who is leaving the company.
