NEW YORK, July 2, 2025 – Evercore Inc. (NYSE: EVR) has reported its second quarter (Q2) 2025 financial results, showing significant growth across various metrics. The company's net revenues increased by 21% year-over-year (YoY) to $833.8 million, while operating income rose by 38.9% to $150.4 million. Net income attributable to Evercore Inc. grew by 31.5% to $97.2 million, and diluted earnings per share (EPS) increased by 30.3% to $2.36. The compensation ratio decreased by 1.3% to 65.8%, and the operating margin improved by 2.3% to 18.0%.

Evercore also declared a quarterly dividend of $0.84 per share and announced a new $100 million share repurchase program.
