Tesla's stock sees a rise due to strong end-of-quarter delivery data in China, with 15,600 vehicles delivered last week. Despite a slight decrease from the previous week, Tesla has a strong September start with 31,800 registrations, primarily from Gigafactory Shanghai. Tesla delivered 86,697 vehicles in August and over 74,000 in July, aiming for over 230,000 deliveries in Q3 from China. However, Tesla faces challenges in Europe with decreased deliveries, down by more than 70,000 units. Strategies to boost US sales include new incentives and a referral program offering discounts.
