In 2023, Honda introduced an electric version, the Zoomer e:, in China, but it remains unavailable in the U.S. market. Despite its potential appeal, the Zoomer e: hasn't been released in the U.S., possibly due to its low-speed capability, which competes unfavorably with faster electric bicycles. Nevertheless, the scooter's iconic design continues to attract enthusiasts who have managed to import it privately.
