The new MG4, slightly larger than the BYD Dolphin EV hatch, is set to be one of the first mass-produced EVs featuring a semi-solid-state battery. Already cleared for sale in China, the MG4 comes with various trims and two battery pack options, offering CLTC ranges between 272 to 330 miles. SAIC MG plans to reveal pricing for the semi-solid-state battery version in September, with deliveries anticipated by the end of 2025.
