European Lithium has sold 2.5 million shares in Critical Metals Corp. for A$45m, adding to its cash reserves and lifting them to around A$356m. The company retains a strategic stake in CRML, with its remaining holding valued at an estimated US$689.4m (about A$985m). European Lithium is focused on lithium and titanium exploration and development in Europe and has proposed an all-scrip acquisition of US-based titanium producer Velta.
