Ethereum Pectra Upgrade Delayed for Thorough Testing on Hoodi Testnet

The Ethereum Pectra mainnet upgrade has been delayed as developers prioritize thorough testing on the Hoodi testnet. This decision was announced during the Ethereum All Core Developers Consensus Call, highlighting the team's commitment to a stable and reliable upgrade process. Tim Beiko, Ethereum’s Protocol Support Lead, emphasized the cautious approach, stating that Pectra will be scheduled at least 30 days after a successful Hoodi fork, pending further infrastructure and client testing.
