The Ungaludan Stalin camp in Erode district received a positive response from the public, but lack of proper guidance and poor arrangements caused significant hardship to petitioners. Long queues, unclear processes, and inadequate staff training led to long delays and frustration among attendees, particularly women applying for the Kalaignar Magalir Urimai Thittam. Many petitioners were denied forms or left without availing services due to confusion and lack of clear instructions. The government's objective of bringing services closer to the people was not met.

The Ungaludan Stalin camp, held in Erode district, aimed to deliver a wide range of government services to the public. Despite receiving a positive response, the event faced significant challenges, causing hardship to petitioners. Key issues included lack of proper guidance, poor arrangements, inadequate staff training, and unclear processes, leading to long delays and frustration among attendees.

The camp, organized at a private marriage hall in Nochikattuvalasu under the 46 Pudur Panchayat in Modakkurichi taluk, was designed to bring government services closer to the people. However, the absence of staff to guide the public and facilitate the process, along with inadequate seating arrangements, resulted in a disorganized event. Personnel handling petitions reportedly lacked proper training, causing long registration delays. Most attendees were uncertain about whom to approach for help, leading to confusion and long queues.

Women applying for the Kalaignar Magalir Urimai Thittam faced particularly challenging conditions. They were forced to wait for hours due to the slow and unclear processes. Elderly visitors also encountered difficulties in submitting their applications. Both educated and uneducated individuals were affected, as there were no clear instructions or display boards outlining the procedures.

Several petitioners were denied application forms at the venue, leaving them unable to access the intended services. Additionally, many who attempted to apply for multiple services in a single application were informed that only one service could be requested per form. This led to further confusion and many petitioners leaving without availing the services.

The government's objective of bringing services closer to the people was not fully met due to the lack of planning, coordination, and clarity at the camp. The event highlighted the need for improved logistics, staff training, and clear communication to ensure the success of such initiatives.
