Equinor ASA has purchased 1,629,893 own shares under the fourth tranche of its 2025 share buy-back programme. The shares were bought at an average price of NOK 231.8121 per share from 24 November to 28 November 2025. The transactions were executed on the Oslo Stock Exchange (OSE), CEUX, and TQEX.
