Ensurge Micropower ASA Forms Joint Development and Investment Agreements with Corning to Advance Solid-State Microbattery Technology

Ensurge Micropower ASA and Corning Incorporated have entered into joint development and investment agreements to advance solid-state microbattery technology. Corning will provide engineering and resources to Ensurge, with costs convertible into new shares. The maximum monetary amount that may be converted is $5 million. Ensurge will also issue warrants to Corning, allowing for up to $10 million in investment. The agreements are subject to approval by an extraordinary general meeting.
