Key financial highlights for the six months ending June 30, 2025, include a 46% year-over-year (YoY) increase in revenue to $265 million and a 216% YoY increase in net income to $107 million. Adjusted EBITDA also saw a 71% YoY increase to $227 million. The company's cash flow from operations remained unchanged at $91 million. For the second quarter (Q2) 2025, revenue grew by 53% to $135 million, while net income decreased by 41% to $6 million, primarily due to foreign exchange impacts.

Enlight Renewable's portfolio, which includes 20.0 GW of generation capacity and 53.4 GWh of energy storage, has seen substantial advancements, with the total portfolio increasing by 17% from the end of 2024. Executive leadership changes have been announced, with Adi Leviatan set to become CEO in October, succeeding Gilad Yavetz, who will serve as executive chairman of the board. Yair Seroussi will serve as vice chairman of the board.
