Eni Spa rose 1.06% in premarket trading, with the company's carbon unit valued at nearly $1.2 billion in a deal with Acea. Acea has launched a EUR1.5 billion tender for the Peschiera-Capore aqueduct, which will be useful for supplying Rome's utilities with drinking water and addressing climate change. The infrastructure, built in 1937, will be modernized with advanced geotechnical-structural and hydraulic monitoring systems, using drones for inspections and creating an innovation hub for new technologies.
