Eni Spa declined 1.56% intraday, with the company's renewable energy subsidiary, Plenitude, starting construction on a new 200 MW solar park in Spain. The project, named Entrenúcleos, is expected to generate more than 435 GWh of renewable energy annually and will test the use of 'green steel' in its construction. The company reaffirms its strategic commitment to Andalusia, where it already has two other projects under construction.
