The app now includes SAP Dynamic Forms, allowing technicians to download and submit digital forms online or offline, and administrators can manage these forms through Fiori tiles and Mobile Application Configuration. Additionally, the Field Service Technician persona has been expanded with FSM Smartform support and activity and status integration. The app is available for download from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
