Enhanced Community Development, a subsidiary of Enhanced Capital Group, was awarded a $65 million New Markets Tax Credit allocation from the US Treasury Department's CDFI Fund. This is part of a $10 billion allocation to 142 Community Development Entities. The award brings Enhanced Community Development's cumulative federal NMTC allocation to $560 million. The NMTC Program aims to attract private investment to economically distressed communities through a federal tax credit.
