The projects aim to deliver annual savings of £1.4 million and reduce carbon emissions by 900 tonnes. The contracts follow the successful completion of the initial phase, valued at £1.2 million. The LED lighting upgrades will involve installing modern LED lighting systems with intelligent controls across Ark's educational facilities. The initial phase, completed in June 2025, was valued at £1.2 million and has secured an additional £1.1 million in contracts for immediate start, along with £1.2 million for August 2025. An additional £2.0 million in contracts is expected later in 2025, bringing the total program value to £5.5 million [1].
