Energy Vault Holdings has been awarded a 100 MW/870 MWh Long-Term Energy Service Agreement for the Ebor Battery Energy Storage System in Australia. The project will provide 8 hours of dispatchable capacity, supporting NSW's renewable energy targets by firming the grid during peak demand. Energy Vault plans to exercise its option to acquire the project and will utilize its B-VAULT system architecture and Vault-OS Energy Management System to optimize asset value. Construction is expected to generate 60 direct jobs and commence operations in 2028.
