The company plans to list Class A shares under the ticker symbol 'XE'. X-Energy develops high-temperature gas-cooled SMRs that can be deployed quickly and cost-effectively, and has a development pipeline of over 11 gigawatts of planned nuclear capacity in the US and UK.
