Enerflex Ltd. has announced a private offering of $400 million in senior notes due 2031. The proceeds, along with borrowings under a secured revolving credit facility, will be used to redeem existing 9.000% Senior Secured Notes due 2027. A conditional notice of redemption has been issued for the 2027 Notes, with a redemption price of 102.25% of the principal amount plus accrued interest.
