Empire State Realty Trust Welcomes George Malkin to Board of Directors.

Empire State Realty Trust has announced that George L. W. Malkin has joined its Board of Directors. Malkin is President of Malkin Holdings and has a decade of experience in operational and financial roles. Prior to Malkin Holdings, he worked at QMC Telecom and H.J. Heinz Company. He currently serves as a director at Map of Agriculture.

Empire State Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: ESRT) has announced that George L. W. Malkin has joined its Board of Directors, effective July 13, 2025. Malkin, President of Malkin Holdings, brings a decade of experience in operational and financial roles to the board. Prior to Malkin Holdings, he served as an executive at QMC Telecom, where he launched three international markets and served as Chief-of-Staff to the company's CEO. He also held multiple roles at the H.J. Heinz Company, implementing 3G Capital's restructuring and cost savings initiatives across its North American and Australian operations. Currently, Malkin serves as a director at Map of Agriculture, a privately held agricultural data analytics business. He holds a B.A. in International Relations with Honors from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from Stanford's Graduate School of Business. Malkin is the son of Anthony E. Malkin, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Empire State Realty Trust, and the grandson of Peter L. Malkin, Chairman Emeritus of the Company [1].
