The dividend rates are applicable for the five-year period from August 15, 2025, to August 14, 2030.
The Series A Shares will receive a quarterly dividend of 4.951% per annum, equating to $0.3094 per share, payable quarterly on the 15th of February, May, August, and November of each year. This rate is calculated as the sum of the Government of Canada bond yield as at July 16, 2025, plus 1.84% [1].
The Series B Shares will receive a quarterly floating rate of 4.542%, equating to $0.2862 per share for the three-month period commencing on August 15, 2025, and ending on November 14, 2025. This rate is based on the three-month Government of Canada treasury bill yield rate as at July 16, 2025, plus 1.84%, calculated on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed during the quarter divided by 365 [1].
