Eloro Resources Ltd. (TSX: ELO; OTCQX: ELRRF; FSE: P2QM) has reported a significant intersection of high-grade silver, tin, zinc, and lead in the first hole of its definition drilling program at the Iska Iska project in the Potosi Department of southwestern Bolivia. Hole DSB-68 intersected 289.13 meters grading 66.90 g Ag/t, 0.63% Zn, 0.42% Pb, and 0.11% Sn, equating to an impressive 111.14 g Ag eq/t. This intersection includes higher-grade intervals of 126.10 g Ag/t, 0.55% Zn, 0.60% Pb, and 0.09% Sn (160.72 g Ag eq/t) over 122.03 meters, as well as 47.61 g Ag/t, 0.22% Zn, 0.40% Pb, and 0.45% Sn (146.06 g Ag eq/t) over 16.51 meters.
These exceptional results highlight the potential for significant upgrades and expansions to the mineral resource in the Santa Barbara starter pit area. The high-grade Ag-Sn association, common in the southern Bolivian Tin Belt, further emphasizes the project's potential. Dr. Osvaldo Arce, P.Geo., Eloro's Executive Vice President, Latin America and General Manager of Eloro's Bolivian subsidiary, Minera Tupiza S.R.L., commented on the high-grade Ag-Sn association and the potential for deep, high-grade mineralization.
The latest drill results from Eloro Resources' Iska Iska project in Bolivia have the potential to significantly impact the Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) for the project. The intersection of 66.90 g Ag/t, 0.63% Zn, 0.42% Pb, and 0.11% Sn over 289.13 meters demonstrates substantial underestimation of silver grades in previous resource estimates. This suggests potential upgrades and expansions to the mineral resource, which could lead to improved NSR values and increased tonnage in future MRE studies. The improved resource profile, combined with metallurgical test results indicating higher-grade concentrates, strengthens the PEA's viability and potential for the project.

As Eloro Resources continues to drill and explore the Iska Iska project, the potential for significant high-grade mineralization becomes increasingly apparent. These recent results underscore the project's potential and emphasize the importance of careful monitoring and adaptability in the mining sector to capitalize on new opportunities. By focusing on upgrading and expanding the high-grade mineral resource in the Santa Barbara starter pit area, Eloro can enhance the project's economic viability and potential.
