Ellington Financial Announces Redemption of 4.6M Series A Preferred Stock Shares.

Ellington Financial Inc. has announced the redemption of all 4,600,000 shares of its Series A Fixed-to-Floating Rate Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock with a redemption date of February 27, 2026. The stock will be redeemed at $25.00 per share, plus accrued and unpaid dividends to the redemption date. Once redeemed, the Series A Preferred Stock will no longer be deemed outstanding and dividends will cease to accumulate.
