Eliza Labs Launches Auto.fun, Democratizing AI and Web3 Access

Eliza Labs, the developer behind the AI agent framework ai16z, has announced the launch of auto.fun, a new no-code platform designed to enable users to create, deploy, and monetize AI agents on Web3 applications. This platform is aimed at democratizing access to both AI and Web3 technologies by allowing non-developers to execute tasks autonomously on behalf of users.
The platform supports the creation of AI agents that can interact with social media, decentralized finance (DeFi) apps, and other Web3 services. According to Shaw Walters, the founder of Eliza Labs and the open-source elizaOS, the vision for auto.fun is to make these technologies accessible to a broader audience. The agents can automate various tasks such as yield farming strategies, managing social media accounts, or trading on behalf of users. The platform is initially focused on X support, with plans to expand to DeFi, gaming, and other applications in the future.
One of the key features of auto.fun is its no-code approach, which allows users to create agentic AI systems that can respond to queries and perform tasks without any programming knowledge. Users can instruct their AI agents on how to manage their funds in DeFi through simple commands, such as finding the best staking opportunities with a specified APY and automatically allocating funds.
Eliza Labs has also introduced a unique token launch mechanism described as “fairer than fair.” This mechanism employs a bonding curve, a smart contract-based algorithmic pricing model that dynamically adjusts a token’s price based on its circulating supply. This approach ensures continuous liquidity without relying on traditional order books, providing a more sustainable alternative to traditional token launches. The hybrid bonding curve approach, developed in partnership with Raydium, allows project teams to pre-reserve up to 50% of the supply, ensuring they have resources for post-launch development. The remaining tokens are sold through a bonding curve that limits the advantages of bot-driven purchases.
Auto.fun is open source, ensuring that users can verify exactly how their agents operate and what happens with their data. The platform includes various agents such as FightFi, a collection of social media agents that compete with each other, Secret, which launches Solana tokens, Sigma Music Agent, which connects musicians and fans with AI agents, and Astra, which manages crosschain payments between Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) blockchains, Solana, and the Bitcoin layer-2 Lightning Network.
